COMPLIMENTARY MEETING

Your first meeting with 123 Personal Train Me is free.

We will:

  1. Discuss your physical goals.
  2. Inspect home equipment (when applicable)
  3. Provide you with a 123 personal Train Me welcome pack
  4. Establish location to train, ability and level of commitment
  5. Develop fitness-training schedule/plan
  6. General nutrition evaluation
  7. Fill out mandatory forms.
  8. Begin tracking your diet (if necessary)

Though not mandatory, it is highly recommended that you are weighed, measured and a (before) photograph is taken. Combined, this will give a permanent record of where you started prior to beginning your fitness-training program. An after photograph will then be taken on a 6 or 12 week interval.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Each session is 50-60 mins and is performed in your home, outside (parks/ beach), or gym. We will predetermine which meeting place and I will come to you. If you don’t a home gym but in home training is preferred, I will bring my equipment to you.

Each session is divided into time segments, consisting of cardiovascular, resistance training and stretching. The time spent on each segment will depend on each individual need, ability and level of commitment. This will be evaluated at our initial meeting.

Cardiovascular training increases your heart rate; it can increase your lung capacity, burn fat and increase your coronary fitness. Cardiovascular training can be preformed at various levels depending on your ability; intensity will be increased coinciding with your rate of progression.

Resistance training can build or define muscle depending on your requirements. It can burn fat whilst sculpting and strengthening your body against injury.

Stretching with 123 Personal Train me is ballet based and will primarily prevent injury. It can also increase your suppleness, strengthen and sculpt your muscles, destress and detoxify your body.

One Hour In-Home Meeting

  • Complete Diet Analysis
  • Diet Plan Review
  • Behavior Modification Strategies
  • Make Referral to Registered Dietician if necessary
